By using Decos you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
Last updated: October 2026
Decos resells Discord collectibles — avatar decorations, nameplates and bundles — at a discount. When you order, we purchase the item for you and deliver it as a discord.gift link you redeem on your own Discord account. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.
Prices are shown in EUR and are paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. The amount quoted at checkout is the total due. You may also keep an account balance and pay from it. Crypto payments are final and cannot be charged back.
Orders are fulfilled automatically, one at a time, usually within about a minute of payment confirmation. Your gift link appears on the order page and is emailed to you. Gift links must be redeemed within 47 hours — unredeemed links may expire, which is outside our control.
Because items are delivered instantly and digitally, completed orders are non-refundable. The exceptions are automatic:
• If we cannot fulfil your order, the full amount is refunded to your account balance automatically.
• If a payment comes in short, the received amount is credited to your balance and the order is held.
• If an order is interrupted, it's flagged for review and we deliver it or refund you.
You're responsible for providing a correct delivery email and a valid Discord account to redeem on. Don't use Decos for fraud, resale that violates Discord's terms, or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe to be abusive.
The catalogue mirrors Discord's shop and may change or become unavailable at any time. Decos is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Questions, issues, or a refund request? Message us on Telegram: @chamanog.
